Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed on May 15, 2008 by Amber in Kansas
This recipe was great! Not too hard to make. I wrapped each of the chicken breasts in two slices of bacon. Baked for about 35 min then turned on broiler for about 5min. I didn't seem to have the same problem with the bacon not getting crispy like others did. Served with garlic mashed potatoes and strawberries. YUM! Even my 4 yr old LOVED it. She ate 1 1/2 pieces of chicken!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by Thisni Caza
Used frozen corn, broth instead of beer, one can of Rotel (all I had), and 2T Bill Echol's taco seasoning. Good stuff.
