Crunchy Romaine Toss

WOW! WOW! WOW! FINALLY! A salad all the members of my large family liked. It has taste, texture, color, and will be seen on our table frequently. I did add red peppers and carrot shreds for additional color but it still would have been 5 star without those additions. Thanks for a winner recipe!

Kai Kang Dang (Chicken Curry with Coconut Milk)

This is one rocking recipe! Excellent taste and fairly easy too. I used 3 chicken breasts and substituted bean sprouts for bamboo shoots. Fresh basil is a must. Thanks Meaghan!

Mini Meatloaves

Tasty and easy recipe. My husband thinks I am a meatloaf queen... (ha!)Please add about a half of a chopped onion and use ground turkey...Dee-lish!! Thanks!
