Basic Cheesecake

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Stefanie M.
Turned out perfectly! It did puff up a lot, but sank back down when it cooled (I wonder if this is because I let the mixer go too long). I had one minimal crack. Delicious taste and texture. Love the crust too.

Chocolate Spiders

Reviewed on Nov. 5, 2009 by cuisine debutant
I used half choc chips and half butterscotch chips. The butterscotch chips added a lot of needed flavor as the noodles are just totally flavorless. But they were easy turned out super cute! I think I will try these again at Christmas (minus the spider eyes!) and break up pretzel sticks. I think they would add alot more flavor (but also more work).

Crunchy Pumpkin Pie Granola

Reviewed on Oct. 20, 2009 by Molly
One of our favorite granola recipes! I do bake at 300 instead of 250 and stir about every 10 min until lightly browned, then it only takes about 40 minutes or so. One tip I've learned is granola gets crunchier after it cools!
