Strawberry Cake Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2008
these were so good! I cooked them on parchment and did not add grease to the pan that helped give them a little more solid bottom! So moist it was like eating cake, only I could do it in the car picking kids up from shcool!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
Hubby's fave meal is stroganoff, I don't like it personally but he loves it and says this recipe is a keeper! I followed others advice in last few reviews and it turned out great...never tried the original recipe, sorry.

Golden Egg Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2007
This recipe was great, we ran out of bread so I just decided to pop a loaf in the bread machine. I too used real butter. I love the taste & texture, was nice and crusty on the outside and soft on the inside. Could've used more eggs, but it was great anyways!

Citrus Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2007
oh my a wonderful bird. I had never cooked a bird with out putting it in a bag to cook. I forgot the bag so decided to try this . the hardest part was finding a place to soak the bird. Used a 5 gallon bucket in the fridge and every thing from the fridge to the care over night thank goodness it was cold. Will forget the bag from now on the bird was bueatiful and juicy. Cooked 1/2 way with the breast down and covered with wine soaked towel except for the last hour.

I was the only one in the family that ate these every one else said where is the sugar. I would cut down on oil the next time but a good quick recipe one you potatoes are peeled.

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2003
I love this recipe! A favorite by all! The only thing I didn't like was the NutMeg. Too strong for my taste. I would cut it down to 1/8 tsp of nutmeg. Tastes just like eating Banana Bread! =)

Peanut Butter Candy Blossoms

Reviewed: Jun. 30, 2003
WOW! I had tasted one of these before and came on here and found it right away and made them in a pinch! I run the Lionel Richie Fan Club and wanted to send some to Lionel for his birthday and there it was. I didn't need to cut the snickers in half. I did use the very small bite size snickers though. One thing I learned really quick though was to leave them alone for a little bit after removing them from the oven. When I tried to remove them too early they fell apart. But if I let them sit and cool right on the cookie sheet for awhile, they slid right off and were perfect to finish cooling on cookie rack! Thanks for the great recipe!
