Banana Muffins II

These turned out well! I added a bit of vanilla to the batter, and then sprinkled a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon over the top. They freeze well also. :)

Hey - this is the submitter. :) There shouldn't be any tapioca balls if you use INSTANT tapioca. Check the box to be sure. At least, it's never happened to me! :)

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Turned out very moist and not a bit dry! Something about the flavor wasn't going over well with me, tho - I think it was the steak sauce, which I'm not a fan of to begin with. Should I make this again, I will substitute BBQ sauce.

Chocolate Peanut Treats

These were amazing! They were so quick and easy to make! I don't care for chunky peanut butter, so I used creamy. I also was out of semi-sweet chips and subbed milk chocolate chips instead. I took them to a gathering and everyone loved them. Thanks!

Beer Bread I

I made this to take along with a dinner to new parents. I needed something quick and easy and with ingredients we had on hand. The new father thought he had died and went to Heaven when I told him what it was, and he insisted I have a slice. Quite good! Only 4 stars because it was a bit heavy.

Late-Night Breadsticks

I kind of cheated a bit and didn't use the frozen bread dough. Last Valentine's Day I had made individual heart-shaped pizzas for my family, and I used the extra pizza dough. They were awesome! I had too much cheese topping, so I used the rest as my "cheese" on my pizza, and that was great also!

Chicken with Blueberry Sauce

I thought it was good. My picky husband and three kids didn't want to try the blueberry sauce, but I thought it was very interesting. It's worth noting that the chicken is quite good without it as well. I will say that when I added the vinegar (cider), the aroma was very overpowering so be prepared.
