One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake

This is a great way to get a whole meal in one dish. I altered some of the ingredients to get a little healthier version. My husband said that it was great! I'll be using this again!

Red Broccoli Salad

Reviewed on Sep. 8, 2009 by chrisnkelley
This salad is the best! The only thing I did differently was that I used honey in substitute for the sugar to improve the nutrition. We also kept the bacon separate to add to each serving as per other reviewers recommendations. Absolutely delectable! TY so much for posting, we will be making this salad again and again!

Butternut Squash Casserole

Reviewed on Sep. 8, 2009 by nikki
This recipe was great. My husband said that if I had put it in a fancy dish, it would have been just like something at Ruth's Chris (a really fancy steak place). I didn't use the cookies in the topping, but used all the other ingredients the same. I used a combination of baking in the oven and the microwave to cook the squash until tender. It was a bit of work to get the rind off the squash, but it was worth it!. I will definitely make this again. Thanks for posting.
