Easy Chicken Fajita Soup

Reviewed on Oct. 13, 2009 by K V Beck
I made this soup yesterday, and it was pretty easy to put tegether. I did use some taco seasoning instead of fajita seasoning thought it's probably about the same thing. I also added an additional can of chicken broth, because it seemed to need more. It was not too spicy which was good for me, but more hot sauce could be added for those who like it that way. Nice and tasty on a cold day - we had a high of 39 - yuck!

Truck-Stop Buttermilk Pancakes

Reviewed on Sep. 21, 2008 by TSJGRANDMA51
These are the best pancakes I have ever ate. I make up a big batch and take to work later in the week and feed the guys I work with. They all love them. If you have any buttermilk left over, use it to scramble your eggs to go with the pancakes. It makes them tastier and fluffier than milk.
