Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed on May 10, 2008 by LilBearinka
This recipe was excellent! I didn't think there was enough lime and butter to really call it a sauce, but the chicken marinated in both long enough for it to still be yummy. Definitely double the spices and be careful not to over-salt.

Mediterranean Pasta

Reviewed on May 9, 2008 by Wannabe Gardener
This was wonderful! I skipped the dried rosemary as it usually ends up being woody pieces in my dishes unless I crush it first. Instead, I sauted the chicken breast with Italian seasoning sprinkled on them to add the "herby" component. Thanks so much for the recipe! Next time I may try halved grape tomatoes as I think it would make for an even prettier presentation.

Ramen Noodle Soup

Reviewed on Apr. 28, 2008 by Ginger
I loved this recipe, I threw out the seasoning packet that comes with Ramen noodles (it has beef/chicken fat in it and im a vegetarian) i used chili powder instead of oil and added some Cayne pepper for a kick, and i didnt use the GingerRoot either. also used a 1/2 can of mushrooms and left out the dried veggies and it was really good, i make this all the time now!! Another cheap way to make this is to buy Lo Mein Noodles instead of ramen (i had these on hand one night and no ramen) and followed the same recipe it was pretty good also
