Dill Potato Salad

I made this to go with my Neat Sloppy Joes...the only thing I did differently was add some finely chopped celery for the crunch, & just the fact that we are big celery fans. I also used sliced green onions (tops, too). It was really good with left-overs for more summer meals.

I liked this recipe and just made a few omissions to fit our tastes. They aren't near as sloppy and I like that!!!

Slow Cooker Guisado Verde

Reviewed on Jun. 3, 2008 by SARAH_ANNEJ
Do not add any additional salt. I added salt and I feel that it made mine too salty. I took this to a Cinco de Mayo party and people loved it. I did what others said and used 2 jars of Pace Salsa Verde- tomotillo salsa in place of the tomotillas. It was so simple and easy. I recieved so many compliments all night long. Mine was the first dish to be completely finished out of 30.
