About me:
Grandmother of 8 grandkids -- lots of babysitting & sleepovers. Collector of Mickey Mouse, clowns, teddy bears, Pillsbury Dough Boy and red carnival glass. I'm on a weight-loss journey (so far have lost 38 lbs. & still going). With my job, I travel extensively. Vacations are usually at time-share spots, resorts. This pie tasted fine, but even though I baked it longer than suggested it just didn't set up. When I served it the next day it was runny in the middle.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Reviewed on Dec. 21, 2009 by DANIELLE BEATTY
I did as other reviewers suggested and did half brown sugar and half white. That's the only change I made other than omitting the nuts (only because I didn't have any) and these cookies were delicious.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

Reviewed on Nov. 18, 2009 by Beth James, Midwest Cooking
FABULOUS!!! i have looked for a while for an at home version of my favorite "italian restaurant" soup and now i have it! i also used hot sausage, patted the excess fat off, used a little pepper flake and used kale. i love the way the dull kale turns bright green in the soup! absolutely amazing!
