Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2008
YUMMY! I've never made caramel popcorn before. This recipe is so easy to follow and the caramel popcorn is better than anything you can buy in the stores. I left it in the oven for the full 1 hour - the result was crunchy, caramel deliciousness.

Three Berry Pie

Great recipe! I did increase the cornstarch to 1/4 cup and dusted the bottom crust with a little cornstarch and sugar mixture. I've made it 2x and it's never lasted the night :D

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2008
Absolutely the best bread machine recipe that I have tried. This recipe produces a soft crust and a dense bread that is good even the next day. I use 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt. Yummy!

Was very quick and easy and my hubby loved them, always a good sign. I may add something more next time I make them - maybe some walnuts.

Chocolate Cakes with Liquid Centers

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2007
I made this on Thanksgiving for the family I work for instead of pie and they LOVED it. I have had requests for it again in the near future. I did have to bake it a little longer than posted, but in the end, it was delicious! Here's a tip: instead of dusting with flour, use cocoa powder. It leaves the outside chocolate colored instead of white/flour-y.

Brownies IV

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2006
The batter for these brownies tasted great before I baked it :) but the pan the recipe calls for is too small for the ammount of batter it made. It took over a hour to bake it and when it was finally done, it was dry, dense and not very tasty. The only thing that helped it was to put one "brownie" in a bowl and cover it in chocolate syrup and milk. If I make it again, I would use a 9"x 13" pan instead of 9"x9" and I would add 1/3 cup milk.

Authentic French Meringues

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2005
This was the best meringue cookie recipe I've found! I used to use the one in a cook book, but they never turned out- these were great! The only thing I would say would be is that they turned out better when places on a dark colored pan and placed on the top rack.
