Love to cook. Husband and I (with help of lots of family and friends) redid our kitchen and now I have room to cook and entertain. Love to throw stuff together and have people over.

Cod with Italian Crumb Topping

Reviewed on May 18, 2009 by SHADOWMERV
A very good recipe for crispy oven baked fish. I substituted Old Bay seasoning for the Italian and added a couple dashes of garlic salt. I took another reviewer's suggestion and cooked it at 375 for 30 minutes. It came out perfect.

Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed on May 18, 2009 by SHADOWMERV
This was good but I was hoping the granny smith would give it a little more pop. The fruity taste was rather subtle. I may add some craisons next time. Otherwise, a very good sandwich.
