About me:
I'm a busy mom of three girls and have a wonderful husband who has the diet of a four year old. I've been a hair dresser for more than fifteen years and still love it. I enjoy entertaining for family and friends wether it's a backyard cook out or my elegant Christmas parties.

French Toast Souffle

Reviewed on Dec. 23, 2007 by RCParkFlyer
I made this last weekend to test it out for Christmas, and we loved it!! However the Souffle collapsed after taking it out of the oven (had to bake it for one hour) so we are goig to make a few changes to it, and try it again. Changes: * Cut Milk to 1 cup * Use 1 Cup of Half & Half * Add an additional pkg. of Cream Cheese (16 oz. total) * Use Cinnimon Swirl Loaf of Bread * Add some Brown Sugar on top (1/2 Cup probably) * 1 pkg. thawed frozen Strawberrys or Blueberrys as a garnish (not baked in the Souffle). Bill's Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed on Dec. 17, 2007 by cookingfoolish
Iif you enjoy smoking things you should try. The apple flavor in this is out of this world. I use the garlic and some wood chips for this and it is so good.

Rachel's Wasabi Cocktail Sauce

Reviewed on Dec. 15, 2007 by cookingfoolish
If you have a sweet tooth you could probably get by with this. If you don;t enjoy something that tastes like candy on your shrimp I would go on to another recipe or just open a bottle of cocktail sauce from the store. In order to salvage this as our party was getting close I doubled everything and left out the brown sugar. Then added a few drops of hot sauce at a time until it became palatable. If you do want to try this I would suggest using plain horse radish and add your brown sugar a little at a time and taste it as you go.
