Very good. I will make again. Got lots of complements. I made it with and without the artichoke... they're both good.

Very good. Had great banana flavor. Simple and will make again. I did add vanilla. I also added some nuts because I like the crunch.

Excellent tasting soup. Everyone who tried it wanted seconds. However, next time will not use quick barley. I will use the medium barley.

Wisconsin Native's Beer Cheese Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
It had a good flavor, but I like a richer/creamer beer cheese soup. Also, my veggies did not get soft enough. I will try again, but saute my veggies first. I will also reduce the amount of chicken broth and beer to keep the soup thicker and creamer.

Chocolate Coated Peanut Butter Crackers

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2008
These cookies are great! They are favorites at Christmas time. Some tips: make sure to shake all excess chocolate off and cool on wax paper on a FLAT surface preferably in a refrigerator. I love these and would eat them all the time if it wouldn't adversely affect my waistline ;)

Puppy Chow

I added 1/4 cup butter to this recipe which is what I think you're supposed to do. Made this last night with that modification... If you like a more "peanut buttery" taste I would advise adding an extra 1/4 cup peanut butter as well. That being said... this is great comfort food.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

I followed the recipe exactly, and it is wonderful. I wouldn't change a thing. I end up with more glaze than needed, so I'll probably cut the glaze in half next time.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2008
These were SOOO good... and I thought for sure that they wouldn't turn out. We didn't have EGGS OR MILK on hand (I obviously need to go grocery shopping) so I had to use egg beaters and condensed milk. The result was a fluffy, tasty pancake, better than any mix I've ever had and even better (in my opinion) than IHOP'S!

Chili Cheese Dip III

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2008
Love this dip and its great for get-togethers! I usually put mine in the oven at 250 for ten minutes or until the cheese is melted and the chili starts to bubble. I also use mozzarealla shredded cheese and serve with Frito's big scoops. There's never any left by the end of the night!

WOW... made this for a UFC party and got rave reviews. The boys especially liked the sausage. Gives it something extra! I used two 10-oz. cans of the mild Rotel. Served with Frito's big scoops and there was none left at the end of the night. Will make again!

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2008
This recipe was just ok for me. The sauce was very thick and I kept having to add milk to thin it out. It thickened even more after I put it on the pasta. Maybe I did something wrong... I'll have to try again.

Cucumber Sandwich

Reallllly good sandwich, especially on a hot summer day. I omitted the avocado (ONLY because I didn't have it on hand) though I wish I would have had it. Used Panera's low-fat veggie cream cheese and it tasted great. I wouldn't change a thing!
