About me:
I am a 25 year old accountant and I work for a prominent life insurance company, though sometimes I wish I would have gone to culinary school! I grew up in a family of women that loved to cook and bake for their families. Now, I find myself wanting to do the same! I have a boyfriend who is a total "meat and potatoes" man, a father who loves apple pies and banana breads (though I can't bake these nearly as well as his mom-my grandma-did), and a mom who is always looking for new, low-fat recipes! So in essence I have my hands full. I can't even begin to imagine what things will be like once I have kids! I may have to quit my day job after all... :-)

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Love it! Super easy and very tasty! I take the aluminum foil off for about 10-15 minutes to let some of the stuffing get crunchy. It is even good as leftovers!
