I doubled the spices like other reviewers suggested. I used one can of mild chiles and one can of hot. I like spicy food, but the spice stayed with me. My husband really liked this recipe, which we ate with rice on the side. Next time I think I'll stick with just mild chiles.
EDIT: Ok, I just heated up some leftovers for lunch and had it on a tortilla with onions, cilantro, a squeeze of lime, a little cheese and sour cream. This was better than leftovers are allowed to be!!!
