Making this as printed is very bland. You must modify this recipe for flavor. It is a good basic recipe but only as a start.

Cheddar Cauliflower Quiche

This was a different twist on a quiche. We used refrigerated pie crust to save time. Toast the nuts in the microwave and don't overcook the cauliflower; it will cook more in the oven.

Cajun Crab Soup

Overall excellent; I think I will thicken it a little more next time. Good with a splash of sherry on the top. Just enough heat.
