Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

Reviewed on Nov. 25, 2009 by Jaxson13
Very good and very simple. I only used 2 Tbl of butter and it was perfect. I also sauteed some onions in the butter and mixed the spices in the butter to make it easier to mix with the potatoes.

Scottish Oat Scones

Reviewed on Nov. 23, 2009 by Diana Moutsopoulos
These are absolutely fabulous. I made the recipe to a 'T', except for making individual scones rather than forming 2 large circles and scoring into wedges. I then baked 10 mins at the same temp. I loved the texture and also how they aren't too sweet. I don't think they need a thing - jam, butter, etc. The butter flavour actually really comes through. Wonderful! Don't change a thing!

Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on Nov. 19, 2009 by Jaxson13
Very easy but the sauerkraut that fell off the sides of the tenderloin burnt to the pan and made it difficult to clean. I'll definitely make this again but will line the pan with foil first.
