Too Much Chocolate Cake

OMG! This was insanely good. I used mini chocolate chips and it really worked out great. A scrumptious, chocolately, rich dessert, a real chocoholics delight! And..fancy looking coming out of the bundt pan! I used "Satiny chocolate glaze"..I doubled that recipe, just because! I can't rave enough about this recipe! :)

Easy Chicken Tetrazzini

I used evaporated milk instead of water and boiled the pasta in chicken broth as other people suggested and used cream of chicken with Herbs...it really added great flavor. The original version would be just great, too, I'm sure. The family really gobbled it up! Pretty easy too! Thanks for the recipe! It's a keeper.

Special Irish Beef Stew

Great stew as is or...my mother used to make Irish stew like this only used lamb instead of the beef and there are many wonderful memories of taste and aroma associated with it.

Healthy Turkey Loaf

Really yummy! Excellent variation from the usual crispy treats. I always add a splash of milk to my marshmallow mixture after it's melted...it assures that the treats will stay soft. This will be one to make over and over!

Butternut Squash Fries

Very good. I just kept it simple and put the cut up squash in a large zip bag, drizzled some EVOO, some cinammon sugar, nutmeg...laid out on a liberally sprayed cookie sheet, and salted. Turned a couple times while cooking. They stayed a little soft, but that didn't matter to me. They were very tasty! Something different!

wow..my family gobbled this up like mad! I followed other reviewer's suggestions and used oregano and garlic powder and omitted the veg. oil, and used EVOO instead, no butter. I'm thinking that it would be fine with no changes. It's one of those recipes that doesn't sound like a big deal but man..it's amazing!!

Strawberry Crepe Roll-Ups

This is just a fabulous dessert even if it is a bit fussy. The next time I make this I will buy ready made crepes just to make it quicker. I made this with other berries as well and it was a huge hit with my husband.
