This is our go-to dish for company. So easy and so flavorful!! The boyfriend told me he could eat it 4x/week. Modifications--I saute up some shallots and fresh garlic first, and we add organic fire-roasted tomatoes for extra flavor. The broccoli is the best part--soaks up all the flavor and 5 cups are definitely needed.
Also, this dish inspired a girlfriend and I to dream of opening a restaurant called "Orzo Me." with all orzo recipes--until someone just opened a place a few months ago called "Orzo." .
