Chicken Enchiladas V

These enchiladas are fantastic! I used a little bit less than the recommended soup/sour cream mix so they wouldn't get soggy, and they were great.

Ham, Potato, and Cheese Soup

This soup is tasty & easy. I followed the directions exactly as written and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Even my husband who doesn't like creamy soups thought this was great!

Cheese Ravioli with Three Pepper Topping

Fantastic base for a recipe! I used mostaccioli instead of ravioli, and sauteed some chicken with the pepper and onions.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

These are delicious! I made a half-batch, and they were fantastic fresh out of the oven. I will probably use more cheese next time, though - it was hard to taste.
