Pumpkin Bread IV

This recipe is yummy and easy to do. I used 1 1/2 tsps allspice instead of all the spices individually. Next time I am going to make a frosting for this...then it would be a 5 :)

Wake-Up Casserole

This recipe was a good base to something I decided to tweak. I used shredded fresh red potatoes as the base (fried first in butter garlic powder, salt and pepper) used Bob Evans sausage (1 lb roll) sauteed with onions as the second layer and then used 3 cups cheese, 8 eggs, 1 cup milk, 1 can cream of mushroom soup no ground mustard and baked as suggested. YUMMY!
