Mapled Ham

I really liked this recipe. I only used 1 cup of water instead of 2 and I used a small roasting pan. I used half of the drippings to use for the glaze. It takes some time for the drippings to get thick so don't get discouraged it will thicken up.

Dilly Potato Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2006
I made this recipe today and it was so creamy and good!. I used 1 cup of miracle whip instead of yogurt and 3 tbs. of sour scream instead of mayonnaise. I made 12 servings. I used 1 lb. extra of potatoes, 1/2 cup miracle whip, 1 1/2 tbs. of sour cream and 1 1/2 tsp. of regular mustard. I also added extra green onions. This is the best potato salad I have ever had! Thanks for the recipe! I would use half the dll weed the next time I make this.

Great spices. I found that it is better and less mushy if you boil potato cubes and then spoon the sauce over top instead of adding it in with the cooking.

This wasnt very creamy the way I like it. Maybe adding cream cheese would help the recipe to make it creamier.

Gorgonzola and Apple Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2005
Wonderful taste. I however like to put it on top of the pork instead of stuffing it, but I find cooking butterflied peices of meat a little harder to work with! I cooked pork in olive oil, fresh garlic and put a little bit of dried rosemary on them during cooking. Gave the pork a little something extra. I also added the sugar and a bit of ff cream cheese to keep the gorgonzola from stiffening once it was out of the pan!
