Unbelievable Chicken

YUM YUM YUM!! DH and I both loved this recipe. I put breasts on the grill then boiled the marinade for 5 minutes to kill any bacteria then served over the top of the chicken. It was just delicious. Thanks for a new was to grill chicken.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

While DH & I thought these were very good, the grease from the bacon caught fire and made a big mess on the grill. Agree with other reviewers - bacon is not needed, but the flavor was very good. I also added red peppers, canned whole potatoes, and onion chunks. I also think the marinade would be good just on whole chicken breasts. Will make again.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Raisin Buttermilk Coffee Cake

This is a good basic coffeecake recipe. The "cake" part is average, but the streusel topping is FABULOUS. I will make it again when I have leftover buttermilk.

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Em Em good. Family loved this recipe. I did make just a couple of changes. Added an extra cup of diced potatoes and an extra can or corn. Also used whole milk. This was perfect served with biscuits, salad and for dessert, the "Best Ever Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake" found in Allrecipes. Wonderful winter meal.

Sugar Coated Pecans

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

While I liked the flavor of this chili, I found it to be too thick - not saucy enough. So, I added 2 - 14 oz. cans tomato sauce, 2 cans water, 2 - 28 oz. cans whole tomatoes (chopped)and a little more beer. Simmered it uncovered for about 4 hours. It was delicious. Thanks for the great basic recipe.

Individual Baked Eggs

I kind of cheat on this one. I buy the bacon that is already cooked, that way I only have to clean the muffin tin. I also scramble the eggs, and add grated cheese to them so it goes through all of the egg. these are great, the kids love them, the grown ups love them, and when I make them for guests I look Like a pro. thanks for the idea.

Bacon Cheddar Deviled Eggs

when I make these I up the bacon to 6 slices (I usually use pre-cooked bacon because it is easier),I leave out the mustard and use sharp cheddar cheese instead so it still has a zing to it. I am requested to bring these to every party I go to.

Cool Whipped Frosting

This is so good, easy, and tasty. I made one batch with 1% milk, and fat free sugar free pudding, and fat free cool whip. You could not even tell it was diet. I made the other batch regular. I will only use this from now on.
