Homemade Butter

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by Kimberly
This turned out just fantastic! I first tried to make it in my blender, but it got to thick and creamy for the blades. But then I tried it with my hand-held mixer, and it turned out just perfect...five stars all the way!

Strawberry Bread

Reviewed on May 1, 2008 by KoalaFace
I made a dozen muffins and one loaf with my first batch and they were fabulous! I omitted the nuts (mainly because I forgot I used the end of my supply making coffee cake!), but I can only imagine it would make this recipe better. I will definitely be making these again in a large quantity for freezing when I see strawberries cheap! 5 stars for great taste and as easy as you can get for a wonderful bread/muffin recipe!

Amish Casserole

Reviewed on Apr. 26, 2008 by Kimberly
Tastes OK, but seems ingredients are out of proportion. I needed to use two cans of cream of chicken soup, and should have used two pounds of ground beef. I also had to use more than five slices of cheese. I'll probably make again sometime, but I will adjust the amount of ingredients.
