Spicy Chicken Breasts

Reviewed on May 13, 2008 by APRILFRAZIER
Who would have thought such a simple mixture would be so great?! I didn't have thyme, but it still turned out excellent. I rubbed it on some talapia and then pan-fried it. It is kind of like a "blackened" flavor. We didn't think it was too spicy, but we love hot food. I can't wait to make it again, this time with the thyme. Delicious.

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Reviewed on May 15, 2008 by APRILFRAZIER
We didn't think it was fabulous. The crescent roll taste added a different sweet flavor to the Mexican flavor, so that was nice. Good because it was very easy. The tortilla chips got kind of rubbery after baking and I had a problem with the crust getting brown on top, but was really raw on the bottom. Also, it didn't stay together AT ALL when we cut into it. Very messy because it fell apart all over the place. It was just so-so in my opinion.

Cinnamon Pie

Reviewed on Apr. 1, 2008 by APRILFRAZIER
SO good! Had a different consistency than what I thought it was going to have-like thin custard-but tasted GREAT! I followed the recipe exactly and the only problem I had was that my crust started burning a bit. I used a store bought pre-made crust. Not sure what you could do to fix that problem, but the taste of the filling made up for it! My husband even liked it and he doesn't usually like things that have a custard consistenccy to them. We ended up eating more than half the pie just between ourselves! I will definitely make this again.
