Baby BLT

Reviewed on Jun. 28, 2008 by LUXURY010
This was awesome! I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 cream cheese mixture as others suggested and it was wonderful. I left out the onions and only used less than 1/2 of the suggested 1 pound of bacon, and it still had plenty. I inadvertently bought grape tomatoes instead of cherry, so I used this as a dip on the side of the tomatoes. It's a keeper!

Amish Macaroni Salad

Reviewed on Jun. 22, 2008 by LUXURY010
This recipe is worthy of 5 stars with an adjustment in the sugar. I used 1/3 cup sugar as other reviewers suggested and it was fantastic! I can't imagine this with 3/4 cup of sugar. I made the recipe exactly as stated except for the sugar quantity and I omitted the onions because I don't like them. Definitely a keeper, and I doubt I will buy pre-made mac salad again!

Grilled Corn in Husks

Reviewed on Jun. 10, 2008 by LUXURY010
Awesome!! I soaked my corn for approximately 30 minutes prior to pulling back the husks and buttering it. I added some salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the butter mixture and got rave reviews from the family! I might even add alittle paprika next time for color. Corn was beautiful with the added color. I doubt I will ever boil corn on the cob again!!
