Unstuffed Cabbage

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
Love this recipe. I used a little more cabbage and fried mine in butter first. I used 1lb of ground turkey mixed with a little onion pdr, cayene and fresh garlic. Left out the onion. Baked for 45 minutes. This may sound weird but...I felt it needed a little crunch so I added some croutons to my bowl. Delicious!!!!

Super yummy. I had to sub chocolate chips for the white, but I don't think it made a difference at all. They are delicious. I cooked mine for 11 minutes at 350.

Very good. I mixed the jam and cream cheese together, just made it a little easier. I put syrup and powdered sugar on top...very pretty.

DeeAnn's Cheesy Bacon Cabbage

Delicious! Instead of frying the bacon I baked in 350 degree oven for about 15min. I fried the cabbage in a little butter until it started to brown around the edges. Great way to eat cabbage!

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Delicious. I did not have any molasses but the sauce was still excellent. Instead of deep frying...I shook my wings around in a mixture of flour, onion pdr, garlic pdr and cayenne. Then put on a baking sheet and refrigerated for an hour. Then bake at 400 for 45 min. Take wings out and toss in sauce and then bake another 10 min. Delicious!

These are so great. You really need to use a good pizza sauce. I used Exquisite Pizza Sauce from this site. I topped mine with sauce, pepperoni and then cheese. Delicious! For the people that said they are messy... let them cool down for a few minutes.

Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
I did have to change this a little but it was great. I used beef broth (no chicken), left out the scallions and peanuts and used hot sauce in place of the chile paste. My bf does not like chunks of garlic so I took one clove, smashed it and threw it in the sauce so the flavor could infuse. I took it out before adding the pasta. Very good.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Excellent! BF said this chicken was "off the hook". I did not have fresh ginger so had to use dried. Used thighs instead of breast. I also dredged the chicken in flour first. The sauce thickened up perfect. Will be making again.
