This soup turned out fantastic! It's almost exactly like Carabba's lentil & sausage soup. To kick it up I added about 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes and it spiced it up like the restaurant version. Will definitely pass on this recipe.

Baked Corn

Made this as a new side dish for dinner. I used the canned corn w/ pieces of red & green peppers in it,which added a new flavor and more interesting color. Everyone enjoyed this, even my picky eaters!

Cranberry Gelatin Salad

I have FINALLY found my Grandma's "famous" cranberry jello. My family was excited when they tried this recipe at our Thanksgiving dinner. Even friends that were at our family dinner tried it and were impressed with how it tasted.

Anytime Fruit Salad

For an easy to prepare recipe that is quick to "whip up", this is one of the best! Not only did EVERYONE at our Thanksgiving dinner have seconds, my son, who will NOT eat cottage cheese finished off 2 helpings, even after he was informed of the "secret ingredient".
