Red Velvet Cake

I tried this recipe for my husband birthday cake. He loved it . He said it was on of my best cakes. I would make this cake again. I did use the Cream cheese frostingII on the cake .Very good also.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I tried these pancakes my family loved them. I changed the sugar and used Splenda.and I used sugarfree syrup. Because I can't have sugar , but my kids said they were the best pancakes ever I make these every Sunday.

Creamy Chocolate Frosting

This frosting is delicious. I used more cocoa, and 1 1/2 tbl evaporated milk, and used margarine instead of butter. It tastes just like store bought. Yum!

Dirt Cake I

YUMMY!! YUMMY!! YUMMY!! Especially if you are a "chocoholic!!" Dirt Cake is the best Birthday cake for a 5 year old! He loved it, and I will definately make this again for him! I also made a "sand cake" for my older son that doesn't like chocolate.....yeah, a kid that doesn't like chocolate. Both cakes were GREAT!! Thanks for the recipe!!

It's Chili by George!!

This chili was one of the best I have ever tried. I cooked it on the stove, and let it cook an extra hour. I added stewed tomato's, garlic, and extra beans. I will definitely make this chili again.

Lentil and Sausage Soup

This soup turned out fantastic! It's almost exactly like Carabba's lentil & sausage soup. To kick it up I added about 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes and it spiced it up like the restaurant version. Will definitely pass on this recipe.
