Unbelievable Fish Batter

Ground Beef Quiche

I made this last night, with a failed Cheese puff appetizer. This was very good although I forgot to add the bacon until the last minute, so I sprinkled it on top. I also sauted and added sweet red peppers. Very good.

I made these last night and all though they were good they didnt come out right. My balls went flat. They were also a little dry. I put lil smokies and onions in them, they were good. I just did something wrong.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

The whole family liked this one. Had some trouble with leakage even with toothpicks.But I did it with a loin end pork chop, was all I had. Seared on top of stove and then put in oven with foil. Next time will definetly use grill.

I made this for myself this morning since nobody else in the family cares for tomatoes. Gotta say WOW! It was great. Only thing I did was season it with a little cumin. Boy was it good. This is now my Sunday breakfast. Thanks so much Crystal!
