About me:
I'm a mother of three and married to the love of my life. I've grown up around food. My family used to own a local restaurant and we've be in the restaurant business for years. Most of the recipes that I have are ones passed down through the family. Traditional but still great!

Antipasto Pasta Salad

Reviewed on Mar. 8, 2008 by Fervent Frugal Foodie
This is awesome!! Been making it for a couple years now. Husband gets very excited when he knows I am making this. I make it for summer get togthers or weekend suppers where I don't want to cook. We'll just eat it for 2 or 3 days in a row. Some crusty bread and a green salad or raw veggies and good to go!

Chicken Biscuit Pie

Reviewed on Mar. 8, 2008 by Rachel k.
mmm good! a nice winter comfort food. As good as any store bought pot pie, and easy to make as well. I only had canned carrots an peas, and it still turned out delicious, and I used a can of biscuits for the top layer, all I did was unroll them and flatten them out some and press them along the edges of the dish and it turned out great. This is a keeper:-)

Cream Cheese Squares

OH MY GOD!!! these were so easy and so good! yummmmyyyy! I did not need to put mine in the fridge to be able to cut it, all I did was give them 15 minutes to cool in the pan and they came out fine. I loved them and they are so easy to put together, I will be taking them to family gatherings!
