Angel's Old Fashioned Beef Stew

Beef chuck stewed with potatoes, carrots, celery, onions and beef broth for a homey favorite. The aroma that permeates throughout the house while the stew is simmering doesn't do it justice..delicious.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Submitted by: Kelly Phillips
This was my aunt's recipe for fudge, passed down through the family. It's better than any fudge I've ever had at the Jersey shore, and easy enough to whip up in 15 minutes or so.

My family loves this chicken! It is always so tender and moist and is a perfect Sunday dinner. The bacon helps to 'baste' the chicken while it cooks. Recipe can be adjusted to any size whole chicken.

This recipe is so good that I double it whenever I make it. Since it is peanut butter balls dipped in chocolate it is almost like candy. Real buckeyes are nuts that grow on trees and are related to the horse chestnut.

Caramel Turtle Brownies

These are so moist and so fantastic that you won't want to stop eating them! They are a brownie version of a confection called Turtles. These are just as good.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

I love making casseroles, and this one's so simple. The chicken breasts, Swiss cheese, and ham are cubed, rather than stuffed and rolled, giving you all the flavor of Cordon Bleu in much less time.

Chocolate Caramel Nut Pie

First cook up a very creamy and rich fudge layer using two kinds of chocolate -semi-sweet and unsweetened. Then pour it into a graham cracker crust and bake. Add a cream cheese layer and bake again, and then top the pie with milk chocolate cream drizzled over the top.
