 Hi Everyone! I was born and raised in a small town called Defiance...OH-IO! I was lucky enough to have a stay at home mom who I believe is the best cook ever. She learned how to make homemade mexican food from my grandma and aunt. I still need to learn myself...but I'm getting there! I've recently been cooking a lot and trying new things. Some are great and some I will never make again ha:) Now I just need someone to do dishes after I'm done and I'm all set.

Marinade for Steak I

very good...we loved the flavor...i ended up doubling the recipe for 4 rib steaks...i ran out of soy so for the other 2 steaks i substituted terriyaki sauce...turned out great...would definitely make again...

Spinach and Feta Pita Bake

oh my goodness!...these were so good! Definitely a keeper and I'll have to keep the ingredients on hand for a quick snack or for dinner. Also excited about trying different variations on this!

Garlic Red Potatoes

These are good for red potatoes (I'm not a huge fan) I wanted to add some color to my meal and tried these. I would make them again.
