About me:
I typically try to maximize the nutritional content in any meal. To me, eating is mostly about efficiency as it relates to both time and nutrition. I'm a fan of the 'all-in-one' meal. To have a complete, healthy, delicious meal in one dish, with only a couple of dishes to wash afterwards is truly a beautiful thing. I was a devout vegetarian for nearly a decade, but I became ill, and was forced to reincorporate seafood and poultry into my diet. This being said, none of my recipes are 'meat-heavy'.

Chocolate Toffee Crunchies

I adore these treats. They are super easy to make, and taste like you are the best pastry chef ever. I take them to work and do they ever disappear quickly. Even though they take very little time to make, all my coworkers think I slave over the oven all day just to bring them in.

Blue Cheese Waldorf Salad

LOVE this recipe!! Uncle George says it surpasses my double layer pumpkin pie!!! Followed it pretty much verbatim and added romaine for the old school way mommy used to make waldorf. I also add a nice piece of grilled chicken breast to make a great lunch!! This will be a family staple for years to come!!!

Gnocchi with Sage-Butter Sauce

Fantastic! I made two 16oz. bags for my wife and me because one bag didn't look like it would be enough. It would have been! Who cares?! A delicious lunch for us tomorrow.
