we added frozen peas, mushrooms, red pepper flakes, paprika, and bread crumbs with butter on the top. it was an excellent way to make leftover turkey. next time we will add some white wine!

Turkey Ragu with Fontina and Parmesan

Reviewed on Nov. 5, 2009 by love 2 cook
Ground turkey was buy 1 get 1 free this week and so I needed to find a recipe that I could use it. I made this and was really glad. I used parmigano instead as that was all I had and it worked fine! I love this recipe because it was easy and very healthy.

Tzatziki Sauce

I was very disappointed with this recipe because it was still too watery and I even drained the yogurt overnight and salted and drained the cucumbers for about 3 hours. I didn't like the consistency of it either. I will not be making this again.
