Simple, Classic Chicken Potpie

Like others, I added a (criss-cross) crust on top and used more vegetables (a mix of carrots, corn, peas and green beans). I did keep the celery and onions. It took me a little longer to make it than I would have preferred but I am battling the flu so I wasn't cooking with all of my mental spices! We love it. Can't wait to cook the one in the freezer!

Creamy Yogurt Hummus

My bad. I didn't read the reviews first. I had to add a whole extra can of chick peas to make this almost the consistency of regular hummus. Far too lemony as well. Will not be using this one again.

Southern Butternut Squash

I thought this recipe was excellent. I used a hubbard squash in stead and it turned out great. I made exactly according to the recipe other than that and it was delish! Thanks a lot for the great recipe it will make a yummy addition to the holiday table.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

This recipe I thought was fantastic. It did taste more like a pot roast type sandwich, but I still really enjoyed the flavor. I added the french onion soup mix and the au jus gravy packet. My husband did not like this recipe as well as my son and I did. But he's really picky.

Amish Meatloaf

This meatloaf was great. I made a couple additions (garlic, ginger and about 1/4 cup of beer) to make it a little more to my family's taste. Big hit, will make again

Authentic Mexican Tortillas

This recipe is great, and they're so easy! My family loves them. Im guessing by some reviews people mistake storebought for authentic. These taste more like what you get in Mexican households.
