Bangkok Broccoli Stir Fry

Delicious and very easy. I added a little cayenne pepper to give it a little heat and served it over jasmine rice.I think next time I might add some pinapple thanks so much for a quick and easy meal.

Linguine With Clam Sauce

WOW!! This is our new favorite dinner and so fast to put together (this deserves 10 stars!!!) Very rich, even with using light butter. Love the deep flavor, surely better than adding white wine as I used to. Always take advice of Italians and added the extra garlic, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Even added extra parsley :-)

Garlic Red Potatoes

This was different, it was pretty well received, though we all agreed roasted red potatoes with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, red pepper and Italian seasoning is the one we will stick with.
