Thai Chicken

Submitted by: Debora
Chicken marinates and then cooks in a very garlicky, peppery soy-ginger marinade. Adding peanut butter to the aromatic brew completes the Thai influence.

Everyone who eats them falls in love with them. They are very delicate, and cook rather quickly. Just cook them till they are brown around the outside edge.

I love sugar cookies that are crisp on the outside and very chewy on the inside. This recipe can easily be made into snickerdoodle cookies by rolling the dough in cinnamon-sugar before baking. I also sometimes add almond extract for a different flavor.
