Peanut Butter Noodles

Reviewed on Sep. 30, 2008 by Kalie
This was fast, tasty, and inexpensive to make. I didn't even use fresh garlic or ginger (used powder/ground instead) and it still tasted great. I used chunky peanut butter and didn't add the nuts or green onions on top.

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

Reviewed on Sep. 30, 2008 by Kalie
This is really quick and delicious. I used half an onion and a can of tomatoes and chiles instead of salsa. It's great with fresh cilantro, cheese, and sour cream.

Apple Dumplings II

Reviewed on Sep. 30, 2008 by Kalie
These were delicious and turned out great. The only time-consuming part is peeling and coring the apples. But it was well worth it. My husband was impressed.
