Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2009 by taertman2516
I loved the idea, but took another reviewer's advice and made it all in a pan (browned the chops, sauteed the onions/mushrooms, added 1/2 cup of skim milk to the soup and then added it all together and simmered for 10 minutes until it cooked through). Served over roasted cauliflower, and it was delicious. Thanks for the great idea for dinner tonight!

Awesome Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed on Nov. 9, 2009 by taertman2516
Just made this today for my sick fiance. Followed the instructions exactly, except I cooked the noodles separately, as suggested by reviewers, because I have dealt with mushy noodles in the past. It was very good. The flavor of the broth was very light, but that was good for the sick man in the house!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

Reviewed on Aug. 20, 2009 by Kelly
I used splenda no calorie to replace half the sugar and applesauce to replace the vegetable oil- it was moist and delicious! Recommend with chocolate chips or cranberries baked in.
