Light Oat Bread

Very good. I thought it was nice to have a slightly healthier white bread recipe to make. The only change I made was to use bread flour. I will be making this again!

Grilled Broccoli

This was very good, but a little too strong on the lemon flavor for us. We made it on the grill using a grill basket. That way we didn't have to deal with flare-ups from spraying the grates and it made clean-up easier. We'll definitly be making it again, but I will reduce the lemon. Thanks for the great summer recipe!

Sweet and Sour Sauce I

My husband really didnt' like this, and I just thought it was okay. I made it as-is, and should have followed suggestions of others to reduce the soy sauce.
