This is so simple and real hearty. So easy it's a new staple. I added some fresh cut green beans and snap peas from the garden and it turned out great. Adding any veggie would be good. Can't go wrong

Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy

I thought these were yummy and easy. I doubled the gravy as others did, which is perfect. After adding the meat back to the gravy I wouldn't recommend letting it go another 15 minutes that made the gravy too thick. Served with red potatoes. Good Stuff :)

Chorizo Breakfast Burritos

Nice change of pace. I used 14 oz of chorizo (2 sticks) and 15 eggs. Next time instead of 1 can of green chiles I may try 2. I might try around 20 eggs too. I would suggest serving with cubed potatoes that people can add themselves to burrito and some hot sauce/sour cream as well.

Roasted Garlic Bread

Too Much Chocolate Cake

I know this is cake so I should'nt worry too much about calories, but I took anothers advice and replaced oil with unsweetend applesauce and used sugar free pudding. Still great. I can only imagine what its like with the "fatty stuff."
