THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I MADE A TURKEY BREAST IN THE CROCK POT. IT WAS GREAT. I ADDED BUTTER AROUND THE POT & A BIT OF BROTH IN THE BOTTOM. MY HUSBAND & I LOVED IT. WILL BE MAKING AGAIN. THANKS FOR A GREAT RECIPE

Monkey Bread IV

Banana Bread V

This is one of the best banana bread recipes I've tasted. Bread turns out very moist and delicious. I put in about 1 1/2 cups of bananas. Will be making this many times.

Sage Pork Chops

I made these chops last night & they were the best I've had in a long time. I used the suggestion of a beef broth gravy & my husband & I loved it. I will be making these again for sure.

Butterscotch Oatmeal

This is the best oatmeal I have ever made. Used the quick cooking oats, skim milk and egg substitute and it was delicious. My husband and two children ask for it often.

Pizza Casserole

We really liked this recipe. Left out peppers but added black olives and extra cheese. Also used bite size pieces of pepperoni instead of slices. Will make it again.

Vegetable Pizza I

WONDERFULL!! I made this for the adults at my sons birthday party, it was a hit. My husband loved it and so did my 2 year old daughter. Will be making this again for a christmas pary. Did do a few things different 1) used a larger pan 2)didn't use all of the cream cheese mixture 3)used a yellow bell pepper instead of green 4)added a bunch of green onion. Superb!

Spinach Pie V

I made this dish for my parents a few weekends ago. My dad, who is a huge lover of greek food (and NEVER gives compliments on food) woofed this dish down. My mom said he spoke about it all the way home that evening! My husband even gave out a compliment! Great dish! Thanks.

Blueberry Crisp I

This was outstanding. Served it for a family desert and everyone - 3yr old and 20 month old LOVED it. I used 2 cups fresh blueberries and 1 cup thawed-frozen raspberries. Used butter instead of the margarine. Cut the water to 3/4 cup and used about 1/2 sugar each time. Also used cinnamon instead of the nutmeg. My husband dished out the serving and he flipped it over so the crust was on the bottom and the berry filling was on the top. Topped it with some cool whip and it was awesome! Will use this recipe many many times.

Country Fried Steak and Milk Gravy

At best, this was ok. Used butter/oil combo for frying. Had good flavor, but the coating just slid off after frying. Had to add extra milk to the gravy as it seemed to get too thick. Probably won't make this again.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I haven't used this exact recipe, but have been making my roasts like this for years. Learned it from my mom. The only thing I do differently is use beefy onion soup mix and cream of onion or celery soup-our house is not mushroom friendly. Both my children (3 and 19 mo.) adore it. I usually thicken the gravy a little and serve with mashed potatoes. Always a hit.

Blueberry Waffles with Fast Blueberry Sauce

The waffles earned 1 star, but the sauce was outstanding. My 19 month old loves blueberries and was eating the sauce by the spoonfulls. Will definatly be making the sauce again, but will serve will different waffles or pancakes.

Chicken and Rice Soup I

I thought that this soup was very tasty. I used garlic chicken broth and 1 boullion cube and topped it with a freshly ground pepper mix. My husband and 14 month old daughter loved it. Will certainly make this many more times.
