About me:
Been cooking forever. Just turned down invite to Le Cordon Bleu, to be head cook at our church. God is really doing great things here. So I'm cooking for Jesus, couldn't have a better patron. This is going to be big. Alot of hungry people will have their fill of food and perhaps God. Lives will be changed. All I have to do is cook the food.

Banana Muffins II

Reviewed on May 15, 2009 by gennie
These muffins were so good! The only thing I did different was add a little vanilla. I also used 1/2 whole wheat flour 1/2 regular flour and then put some flaxseeds in the batter. VERY tastey recipe!!!

Quinoa Chard Pilaf

Simple and flavorful. Those who thought it to be bland...?? have lost their tastebuds. I used Rapunzel vegan bouillon with herbs and it was a near perfect meal. The rainbow chard bleeds throughout the dish by the next day though.

Hearty Turkey Soup with Parsley Dumplings

Reviewed on Mar. 24, 2009 by Lori
I'm giving it only 4 stars because I followed the directions exactly and the dumplings came out too mushy. It could of been my mistake, but I think it may just be the recipe.
