Easy Pizza Sauce II

This was so simple and good! I thought I had tomato sauce, but did not. So I pureed a can of petite diced tomatoes, I thought it might be a little thin, but I made it to put in a casserole so it was fine. I used garlic powder and also added a 1/2 tsp of rosemary (b/c it's my new favorite spice!!). Anyway, I simmered it for about 15 minutes and gave it a taste - wonderful! I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for the great recipe.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This was outstanding! My kids gobbled it up - yay!! My husband doen't like broccoli, he picked most of it out but said it was pretty good anyway. I love broccoli so more for me!! Thanks for a great recipe!

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

I really liked this, my husband's only complaint was that the kielbasa was sliced to thin, so I will chunck it up a bit next time. I did cube the potatoes. Very good!

Real Italian Calzones

These were pretty darn good! I used pepperoni and hamburger seasoned with "Itailian Style Sauage" and "Jay's Signature Pizza Crust". I will make these again!

Easy Bunny Cake

Wow, what a FUN cake!! My 3 year old daughter helped me make it for her and her brother to bring to day care for Easter. I colored the cake batter bright rainbow colors. When I picked my kids up that day there was a list of moms that wanted my recipe! Wow, made me feel good! Thanks for such a fun, great recipe!

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

These were really good! I used a can of Nacho cheese soup with 1/2 of the sour cream for added flavor. I also hade some black beans to use up so threw those in there too. Great!!! Thanks for a great recipe!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

This was fabulous! I used dried rosemary b/c that's what I had. I was running short on time so I didn't do the kabob thing, altho I will do that the next time I make this. Anyway, I layed the chicken kabob pieces in a baking dish and poured the marinade over then baked at 350 for 30 minutes and served over brown rice. This recipe is absolutely packed with great flavor. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cheddar Ranch Dip

This was really good! Everyone loved it. I used real bacon cumbled up and also added 4 green onions chopped up. I refridgerated over night. I served it with Jo's Rosemary Bread (amazing!), fresh veggies, and ruffled potato chips. It was great!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
