Taco Seasoning

It was the greatest taco seasoning i've ever tasted plus no salt i loved it. i used the whole thing with a 1-1/2lb of ground turkey great will make this alot. thanks

Mary's Roasted Red Pepper Dip

This was a very good dip. I made it for the adults at my 2 year old's birthday party. Everyone kept asking me for the recipe. The only suggestion I got was to maybe add some parmesean next time. I will definately be making this again.

Peanut Butter Bumble Bees

These were a pretty big hit at my 2 year old's birthday party, with the kids and the adults. However they were time consuming and difficult to make. Too many grahm cracker crumbs and the almonds kept breaking!

it is easy to make i did tsp of pepper and i made a double batch and didn't add all of the ingredients that would you add for the first batch i only added the water, 2 tbsp of the ingredients. it was good when you did it the way i did not peppery at all. Will be making this again.

Stuffed Shells I

I made this lastnight and put it in the fridge overnight for today. I cooked my noodles for only 5mins and than stocked them with ice water. I havled the recipe b/c i only had 120z of noodles i put two whole jars of sauce in i stuffed the noodles. i cooked it for 20mins with the foil on and 20mins with the foil off and it is GREAT the noodles are cooked great everything is cooked great. Great recipe thank you for posting.

Bacon Mushroom Swiss Meatloaf

I would give this five stars if it wasn't for the high fat content. I made this tonight when I just wanted something a little different. It was very good. It is more time consuming then regular meatloaf though. This recipe is definately a keeper.

Carrot Broccoli Casserole

My family loved this recipe. Since veggies are virtually calorie free, so the cheese doesn't take away from the low-fat qualities. It does take a little work so I do not recomend it for a quick evening meal. It is more of a Sunday side dish.

Apple Scones

This recipe was not good. I had to add almost 3 times as much milk to get a dough. I had to make it for 25 minutes rather than 15. It smelled really good while baking and tasted wonderful but was still a little doughy and left a bad aftertaste. I will be taking this one out of my recipe box.

Apple Carrot Muffins

This recipe was very good. I would give it five stars but it was missing....something. I don't quite know what. My sister suggested nutmeg and I might try that next time. With the raisin bran cereal this is definately a sneaky way to add some "healthy" to your children's breakfast!

Wonderful Waffles

We really liked this recipe. I Got a new waffle iron and was looking for good, basic recipe. This one has a good, waffle not pancake texture I was looking for. Puffed up nicely. Added 1 teaspoon vanilla and melted the butter. I think a dash of salt too. Really not that time consuming. Awesome waffle for topping with fruit. Really enjoyed, thanks!

This recipe was great! I used fat free yogurt to make it healthier. Be warned: the batter is pretty thick and lumpy but they turned out great. I ate one and it held me until lunch!

Crispy Herb Baked Chicken

I would give this recipe a 5 but the bottom of the chicken was soggy. The taste was good. I did have to cook it for about 8 minutes longer than the recipe said, but I think that is because all chicken pieces are different. All in all this recipe is a keeper.

I am only giving this recipe 1 star becuase 0 is not an option. I did not like this recipe at all. The chicken and the tomato from the sauce did not go together well. The chicken was underdone to my taste, VERY juicy. I will not make this recipe again.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

it was the BEST MAC AND CHEESE I HAVE EVER TASTED. i did change a few things. i only had on can of evaparated milk so i added one can of 1% milk and a blend of parm and swiss cheese, and no mustard and 1/2 cup of velveeta cheese and 1-1/2lb of noodles, i did mild cheese. it turned out GREAT IT MAKES ALOT BUT IT'S WORTH IT
