Chewy Coconut Cookies

These cookies are sooooo good and easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. I wonder how they would be with macadamia nuts and bittersweet chocolate chips. Hmmmmmm......

Southern Grilled Barbecued Ribs

Awesome ribs! We were skeptical of the BBQ sauce, but when it was all done and on the ribs it was great. I will probably use the sauce recipe for chicken in the future. We will use this recipe again for sure!

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Wow! My new husband and I made this as our first at home dinner back from our honeymoon and it was fabulous! We were both impressed with how easy it was in addition to how wonderful it tasted. I did do a few minor modifications. I butterflied the chicken then stuffed and folded over (we didn't have toothpicks) and it seemed to hold the mixture perfectly, and I added a tad bit of garlic to the spinach mixture. This will be a definate addition to our meal rotation. Great dinner recomendation!
