Toffee Sandwich Cookies

Reviewed on jun. 30, 2009 by CINDYLU35
I halved the recipe, but only because I didn't have enough flour! I'm glad I did though. Half of the recipe made 18 completed cookies. These were wonderful, but my son suggested perhaps next time, we melt some chocolate and drizzle it on top of the cookies for some added flavor.

Grilled Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich

Reviewed on jun. 29, 2009 by jodilee
Pure indulgance! Used apple jelly and real butter, fried till crisp. Then spread another thin layer of pb on top. Served to my daughter and hubby with cold glasses of milk. Won me mommy of the year award! Next time will try adding bananas =D

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed on jun. 1, 2009 by CINDYLU35
I should've listened to Amber Dawn and not doubled the crisp part of it! LOL I added 1/2 the amount of water it called for and it was still very soupy at the bottom. This was an okay recipe, but I'll probably stick with my Moms. :)
