About me:
 I am currently lucky enough to be able to stay at home and cook and bake. I enjoy cooking french cuisine, but baking is my favorite. I am Polish so by default I have learned plenty of stick to your rib eastern european recipes, however my husband loves Italian and good old southern cooking and soul food. (He makes sure my skills are well rounded) We are sports fans, and love entertaining on game days, so I also do alot of menu planning. Our 3 dogs also love the homemade dog treats that I bake for them, although my husband makes sure to spoil them with lots of "people food" too. I have a habit of usually not following a recipe but using maybe 2 or 3 as a general guideline and then just use my expirience to come up with something that my husband and I will enjoy.

Sausage Gravy II

It was good, defiantly needed more milk to thin out the gravy. Replace the parsley with sage and it tastes much better.
