Excellent, excellent, excellent! The flavor of the chicken was really great. I did use about two tablespoons of chopped, fresh cilantro instead of the oregano, and it gave it a really nice fresh zing to it. :) Next time, I may double or even triple the marinade/sauce because it was so good! Loved it, and will DEFINITELY make it again.

Hasselback Potatoes

I made these for fathers day dinner. They were a big hit with everyone! I used two wooden spoons to help make the cuts. Used plain bread crumbs- added garlic, onion powder and basil. Will definately make again.

Nutty Banana Bread

wonderful recipe! I made this in an 8inch loaf pan and made 12 mini muffins to go with it. I followed the recipe exactly - except I used walnut instead of pecans. Very moist. Will definatly make again and again. My husband who is diabetic loved this banana bread.

Carrot Cake III

My family has been makeing this recipe for many years. It is perfect just as it is. It does not call for pineapple - there are many other recipes that do. why not try this one the way it is written. I've never had anyone complain and everyone always asks for the recipe.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I have never made a pie before and I know you aren't suppose to make new recipes for Thanksgiving but I had to try. My 8 year old's favorite apples are Granny Smith. Anywho tried it and wholy cow it was fantastic, and simple and it came out looking all pretty. I highly recommend this recipe for beginners it is wonderful.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Made this tonight - husband loved it...said he would give it 4 stars - I didn't think it was that great. To me there is just something missing from the sauce. Not sure I would make it again.

Greek Chicken

This chicken came out wonderful! I usually use boneless skinless chicken breasts. I always make extra to have the next day cut up on a salad. The whole family loves it. Always look forward to grilling season to make this recipe.

Skillet Ham and Rice

This was VERY easy to prepare. It is also inexpensive and filling. I changed the reduced sodium chicken broth to ham stock and added pinto beans. I found it tasty and satisfying.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Easy Apple Crisp with Honey

This was absolutely wonderful. I omitted the lemon juice and added a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder for the topping and baked it for almost an hour. My boyfriend and I were very pleased with the results. I'll definitely make this again!

Goulash Supreme

my husband and I thought it was good. I think I would cut down on the paprika next time- maybe add 1-2 tbl of tomato paste - no more! All in all very tasty and easy! Will make again.

Neat Sloppy Joes

I enjoyed this recipe very much. My hubby was not as excited as I was. I used a can of tomato sauce instead of the tomato soup. It was more beefy than the usual "canned" sloppy Joe sauce- which I loved! Will definately make again!
